Growth opportunities We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager/Maintenance Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, leasing, budgeting, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and solid maintenance skills and a commitment to providing superior service to tenants.

This role starts off as a 1099 and is eligible to convert to Full-time at 180 days with health benefits offered at that time.
Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings regularly to identify necessary repairs Troubleshoot, and perform all property repairs (including plumbing, carpentry and electrical) in a timely manner Prepares vacancies for new tenants (turnkey) Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws Assist and learn from Property Manager Maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants.
