This is a Customer Service Position - taking a high volume of phone calls, scheduling, and working face to face with customers in the showroom.
Must be able to work well with the public in an office environment.
Proficient in organizational skills, computer and typing skills, and ability to multitask.
You will work with one other office assistant.
Other Points to Note:
Legible handwriting, proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, Email and other web applications.
Sales experience a plus but not required.
No health insurance offered Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm.
Weekends Off and Major Holidays Off.
Paid Holidays.
1 Hour Lunch Vacation time provided as well after being with the company for a certain amount of time.
Pay is based on Experience.
Starting Pay $13.
50 per hour.
